Over the last 12 months, we've seen a 28.13% increase in Months Supply of Inventory, indicating a trend towards a more balanced market.

The List to Sold Price percentage is an impressive 99.7%, showing that sellers are getting very close to their asking price. This is great news for sellers in Cobb County.

The median days on market is just 15 days, showing that homes are selling quickly in our area. This is a clear indicator of high demand and a competitive market for buyers.

Lastly, the median sold price in Cobb County is $450,000. This is a strong number and shows that our market remains stable and desirable for both buyers and sellers.
